Brand Protection Analyst

Role Overview: As a Brand Protection Analyst in the Customer Support department, your main responsibility will be to review product listings, images, and videos to identify potential intellectual property infringement or violations. You will handle escalations on brand product listings to minimize legal risks and proactively ensure the portal is free from infringing, unauthorized, and counterfeit products. Your role involves confirming product authorization, taking down non-compliant products, monitoring merchant content for IP violations, collaborating with fraud and content moderation teams, maintaining content quality standards, and ensuring a safe user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Review product listings for potential IP infringement or violations - Handle escalations on brand product listings - Proactively detect unauthorized and counterfeit products - Approve authentic products with correct brand tagging - Confirm product authorization and match brand information - Remove non-compliant products from the portal - Monitor merchant content for IP violations - Collaborate with fraud and content moderation teams - Maintain content quality standards - Ensure a safe user experience - Adhere to SLA policies Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in a related field (B.Sc./BCA/B.tech/BBA) - Experience: Min. 1-3 years as a Brand Analyst in e-commerce - Excellent knowledge of global brands - Familiarity with brand management systems and moderation tools - Understanding of global content policies and regulations Additional Details: In addition to the qualifications, as a Brand Protection Analyst, you should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS-Excel and Outlook, ability to handle sensitive content maturely, adaptability to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, self-discipline, energy, and dedication to work, proficiency in mentoring and training new team members, good knowledge of current affairs, movies, sports, and comic characters, and a passion for internet surfing.
