Investigator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  on-ground physical investigations

  to identify counterfeit or trademark-infringing activities.
• Plan and

  execute police and civil raids

  in coordination with legal and law enforcement authorities.
• Collect and submit

  evidence

  FIRs

  seizure reports

  photographic documentation

• Liaise with local

  police departments

  for timely support and follow-ups.
• Share

  real-time updates during raids

  through WhatsApp (including photos and videos).
• Prepare and submit detailed

  investigation reports

  post enforcement actions.
• Track ongoing legal actions and provide updates to the legal/brand protection team.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and operations.
