Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investigator based in Bhubaneswar/Cuttack and it is purely field investigation Job.The Investigator will be responsible for conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and analyzing documentation related to insurance claims. Daily tasks include interviewing claimants and witnesses, writing detailed reports, and ensuring the validity of claims to prevent fraud.The Investigator will also attend training sessions and stay updated on industry regulations and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Should know Regional language and written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in conducting interviews and gathering evidence.
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports.
• Proficiency in using investigative tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Any Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.
