We are seeking for Experienced ,Talented HR professionals to Join our sister concern Company " "IMARTI MEDIA " Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates and improve overall workforce productivity. Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and provide constructive feedback for growth. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in generalist activities such as recruitment management, HR operations, payroll management, etc. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification required.
