Job Title: Investigator Brand Protection Location: Noida Experience: 57 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline) Preferred Industry: Investigating Agencies / IPR Enforcement / Anti-Counterfeiting Agencies Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and field-oriented Investigator to support our Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting operations. The candidate must have experience in physical investigations , IPR enforcement , and law enforcement coordination . Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-ground physical investigations to identify counterfeit or trademark-infringing activities. Plan and execute police and civil raids in coordination with legal and law enforcement authorities. Collect and submit evidence , including FIRs , seizure reports , and photographic documentation . Liaise with local police departments for timely support and follow-ups. Share real-time updates during raids through WhatsApp (including photos and videos). Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports post enforcement actions. Track ongoing legal actions and provide updates to the legal/brand protection team. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and operations. Key Skills Required: Physical Investigation Police Raid & Civil Raid Execution IPR Enforcement / Trademark Infringement Investigation Legal Documentation (FIRs, Seizure Reports) Field Operations Stakeholder Coordination (Police, Legal Teams) Real-Time Communication (WhatsApp/Phone) Report Writing & Evidence Handling Preferred Candidates: Experience working in investigating agencies , field surveillance teams , or IPR enforcement Strong local network with law enforcement departments Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground investigations and raids
