Sales operations Executive-PAN India

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to identify, investigate, and report product duplicacy across various markets in India. This role requires extensive travel and strong investigative and communication skills to safeguard our brand from counterfeit and duplicate products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel across India to conduct on-ground market surveillance to detect and report counterfeit or duplicate versions of the companys products.
  
• Collect samples, photographic evidence, and relevant documentation of suspected duplicate products.
  
• Liaise with distributors, retailers, and local authorities when required to gather intelligence on product duplicacy.
  
• Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to support enforcement actions where necessary.
  
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate records of findings.
  
• Provide insights on duplication trends and recommend measures to prevent product imitation.
  
• Monitor high-risk regions and provide periodic status updates.
  
• Support in awareness campaigns for stakeholders about the risks and consequences of dealing with counterfeit products.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in market investigation, brand protection, or similar field.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India.
  
• Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  
• Experience in dealing with distributors, retailers.
  
• Knowledge of product manufacturing and packaging standards is desirable.
  
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
