The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within real estate, technology, or B2C/B2B2C startups. An MBA is considered a plus. A strong understanding of branding, storytelling, customer psychology, and creative direction is required, along with a proven track record of launching and scaling marketing campaigns with measurable impact. Experience with digital platforms, social media strategy, and paid advertising tools is essential, as well as familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent project management and communication skills are necessary for success in this role, along with a high level of organization, results-driven mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
