Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager at our Tractor Attachment Manufacturing company in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing and executing marketing strategies in alignment with company goals. - Planning, implementing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms. - Leading the creation of engaging content such as blogs, videos, and social media posts. - Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. - Developing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. - Managing the company's digital presence, including the website and social media channels. - Preparing and overseeing the marketing budget to ensure effective resource utilization. - Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs. - Collaborating with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts. - Developing and managing lead generation programs to support sales objectives. - Mentoring and managing a team of marketing professionals. - Identifying and establishing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations. - Managing public relations, including media relations and press releases. - Staying current with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role. - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
