• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage the company's digital presence, including website and social media channels.
• Prepare and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage lead generation programs to support sales objectives.
• Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Identify and establish partnerships, sponsorship's, and collaborations.
• Manage public relations, including media relations and press releases.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and technologies.
