Key Responsibilities:

• In-Store Events:

• Plan and execute exciting events in our retail locations to increase walk-ins, enhance the customer experience, and celebrate pets and their people.

• Lead Generation Campaigns:

• Create and run engaging marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, both online and offline.

• Product Launches & Promotions:

• Support the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional activities that resonate with pet owners.

• Social Media Engagement:

• Manage and grow our social media presence with creative content, community interaction, and campaign coordination.

• Brand Partnerships:

• Identify and develop brand collaborations and partnerships with like-minded pet and lifestyle brands to expand our reach.

• Brand Building:

• Champion the brand in all marketing initiatives—ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics, and use insights to refine future strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in brand, retail, or event marketing
• A true

• Strong creative and storytelling skills
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in pet care, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is a bonus
