Role Overview

heart of creative energy. Whether it's pulling together a campaign, coordinating with a

designer, or helping train an AI tool to generate creatives you bring structure, speed, and

curiosity to every task.

Campaign Coordination

Support the execution of high-impact campaigns across digital, internal, and social

platforms by coordinating with agencies and creatives while managing timelines, trackers,

and approvals.

Tracking & Reporting

Maintain campaign dashboards, monitor competitor activity, and surface insights to

improve content performance and strategy.

AI-Powered Creative Support

Assist in organizing and tagging brand assets for AI training, reviewing outputs, and

building scalable creative libraries.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with product, HR, and communications teams to support internal branding and

assist in executing employer branding initiatives and events.

What You Bring:

• 02 years of experience in brand/marketing roles
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a creative, digital-first environment
• Solid coordination, communication, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Excel/Sheets and creative tools (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.)
• Bonus: An eye for design or content trends, and curiosity about AI in marketing
