Brand Marketing Executive

As a highly creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations from inception to completion. Your role will involve demonstrating strong negotiation skills, critical thinking abilities, and overseeing the content creation process while ensuring exceptional quality delivery. In this position, your key responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers, negotiating terms, developing creative scripts and visual guidelines, maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality content, managing influencer content submission, coordinating with video editors, and participating in offline events to enhance influencer relationships. Additionally, you will need to make strategic decisions to optimize influencer campaigns effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential, along with a creative mindset to curate and execute premium-level content. Attention to detail, project management capabilities to oversee content production timelines, and familiarity with social media trends and the influencer landscape are also crucial. Having a basic knowledge of video editing and sound design, as well as a background in Marketing, Media, or a related field, would be advantageous. This is a full-time position located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with working hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM in the office for five days a week, with Saturdays working from home. The job type is full-time, and benefits include Provident Fund. The work schedule is a fixed day shift, and the work location is in person.
