Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Executive to lead and execute brand strategies that strengthen our market presence and enhance consumer perception. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding, communication, and creative campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
• Plan and implement campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
• Coordinate with design, digital, and sales teams to ensure brand alignment in all activities.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and creative partners for advertising and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify brand opportunities.
• Plan and manage brand events, influencer collaborations, and PR activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and engagement outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and communication strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
