Role Overview: As a Brand Marketing Executive - Insights & Brand at McCain Foods (India) P Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the brand team by anchoring marketing decisions on consumer understanding and data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include managing consumer research, coordinating brand communication and marketing activities, supporting innovation management, and fostering consumer and customer-centric thinking across teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end consumer research execution, including drafting briefs, coordinating with research agencies, organizing fieldwork, and synthesizing findings into actionable reports - Provide insight inputs for brand communication development, support campaign performance tracking, and coordinate with internal teams and agencies for timely execution - Assist in managing the innovation pipeline, supporting new product development projects, and organizing consumer validation studies - Support consumer immersions, brainstorming sessions, and debrief meetings to embed consumer and customer-centric thinking across functions - Analyze syndicated data to track market share, category trends, and competitive activity, and identify emerging consumer and category trends for brand and innovation opportunities - Support artwork development and release process for new product launches, pack refreshes, and product renovations Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field - Approximately 4 years of experience in consumer insights and brand execution within the FMCG industry, with a preference for Foods experience - Passion for consumer insights and analytics to drive brand actions - Expertise in managing research agencies for both qualitative and quantitative research - Familiarity with syndicated data tools, innovation management systems, and artwork processes - Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and project management skills - Excellent communication skills for sharing insights internally and with customers - Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn Apply now to be part of McCain Foods (India) P Ltd and contribute to a recognized brand known throughout households across the globe!
