- Experience of working in a thriving marketing team of a reputed FMCG company
- Should have decent experience in working with & getting the work done through reputed creative agencies
- Should have good analytical skills & should have exposure in doing internal sales analysis, working on tracked data viz. Nielsen, HH Panel and then coming up with insights & hypotheses.
- Some exposure in trade marketing & some understanding of the retail channels & ways of working will be additional advantage.
- Working with multiple cross functional team - R&D, Purchase, packaging & plant teams to execute various projects.
- Exposure on New Product Development projects will be an additional advantage.
