Role Overview
As the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will be the custodian of Empor’s brand voice, driving storytelling across all customer and talent touchpoints. You’ll lead strategic messaging, content, and visual alignment across Empor’s offerings and campaigns — while also building our internal brand as a Great Place to Work. This role demands a balance of strategy, creativity, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role may require you to work across other sister brands – The Guild & SME Futures.

What We’re Looking For
4–7 years in brand communications, B2B marketing, or content strategy
Strategic thinker with storytelling instincts and creative flair
Can independently manage projects end-to-end with tight timelines
Copywriting, narrative building, deck creation (PPT), brand tone maintenance
Works well with Management, sales, creative and HR teams
Agency, startup, or in-house marketing role in B2B/SaaS/tech preferred
