Brand Manager

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the profile of Brand Manager for a reputed digital marketing company based in Lucknow.

Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for developing, protecting, and nurturing a company's brand. Create long-term strategies to ensure brand consistency, build customer loyalty, and increase sales.

Duties include conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns and budgets, overseeing brand messaging and design, and analyzing competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities of a brand manager

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the brand's values and business objectives.
• Market and consumer research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify target audiences, and analyze competitors.
• Brand consistency: Ensure the brand is represented consistently across all internal and external communications, touchpoints, and experiences, from logos to advertising.
• Campaign and budget management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, and manage associated budgets and resources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Performance analysis: Analyze data and sales results to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Brand story and messaging: Create a compelling brand story and messaging that builds customer relationships and resonates with the target audience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
