Role: Brand Manager

About the role:

We're looking for a creative and Strategic Brand Manager to manage portfolios of Companies under our group. Each company has its own identity, target audience, website, Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, and growth trajectory, yet shares common group values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain & refine brand positioning

   for each company within the group.
2. Ensure

   clarity and differentiation

   in messaging while maintaining alignment with the overarching group ethos.
3. Collaborate with business, product, development and marketing teams to translate GTM , strategies into

   brand and communication plans

   .
4. Review and approve

   marketing collaterals

   from decks and websites to packaging and communication copy.
5. Work with design, content, and social teams to ensure creative output reflects brand identity and objectives.
6. Track and evaluate brand health through metrics like awareness, perception, engagement, and recall.
7. Present quarterly

   brand performance reports

   and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management.
2. Versatile with the tools and decent exposure to AI, and capability in short workaround cycles.
3. 5–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategy — preferably managing multiple brands or verticals.
4. Strong understanding of brand architecture, storytelling, and GTM alignment.
5. Proven experience working with creative and digital marketing teams.
6. Proficiency in brand tracking and analytics tools.
7. Bonus: Experience in creator-economy/ service-economy domains.
