Job Requirements and Skills:

Position Objective:
The brand manager has to acquire targeted clients and convert the leads to sales. He/she will be responsible for effectively communicating the brand story, philosophy, values, and creativity to expand the global community of Trunks Company.

About the position
:
The brand manager should have an insightful understanding of luxury brands and be able to professionally handle HNI/UHNI clients. The candidate should have the ability to think big, deliver innovative strategic solutions, and successfully translate a brand’s strategy or story into
marketing collateral and campaigns.

Job Skills
  • Experience in acquiring UHNI/HNI clients & generating sales in Luxury, Art & Design
  • In-depth knowledge of brand principles, journey, products, and services.
  • Understanding of brand positioning, differentiation, & competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the client lifestyle & requirements, and should have experience in convincing & converting clients to close deals.
  • An ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building & collaborations.
  • Experience in planning & executing high-end events & private previews.
  • Preferred candidate with a basic understanding of drawings & layout.
Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, a good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects & agencies simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, strong coordination skills, able to work independently, and can handle multiple teams like marketing, sales, social media, graphics, and visuals.
  • Mindset & approach to be solution-driven.
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for brand building.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for luxury brands and lifestyle.
  • Ability to tell the brand’s story in a way that engages and connects with clients emotionally.

Major responsibilities:


Brand Strategies & Client Relationships:
  • Planning & execution of branding strategies to acquire clients and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with UHNI/HNI clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the brand.
  • Engage UHNI/HNI clients through in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tours/discussions for sales growth.
  • Create a seamless client journey from beginning to end and beyond. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.

Brand Narratives, Content & Collaterals (offline & online):
  • Develop comprehensive branding activities that strengthen the brand's positioning and brand community globally.
  • Conceptualizing and creating compelling brand narratives, client collaterals, visuals, graphics, and marketing & PR campaigns in coordination with respective teams.
  • Ensure brand content consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, print, and digital platforms.

Event Management:
  • Coordination in planning & executing exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and art & design exhibitions.

Market Trends and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity in the luxury sector.
  • Analysis of data, aligning strategic decisions, and identifying opportunities for growth and brand expansion globally.

Team management and training:
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams working on branding projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Regular meetings with the Brand Director, Director of Sales (US), & Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with quarterly/annual sales targets.
