Brand Manager
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Operations Head

Role Summary

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities to increase the school’s visibility, admissions, and brand presence across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage school website updates, SEO optimization, and content accuracy.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns for admissions, events, and academic promotions.
  • Handle social media pages (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create and edit digital content: posters, videos, reels, promotional creatives.
  • Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics using Google Analytics & other tools.
  • Implement email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content, event photos, achievements, etc.
  • Ensure timely posting of academic updates, achievements, and announcements.
  • Monitor competitors' digital activity and provide insights.
  • Build and manage online reputation (reviews, ratings, feedback).
  • Handle SEO keyword research and improve website ranking.
  • Maintain digital asset library (photos, videos, creatives).
  • Support admissions team with digital leads and reports.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics expertise.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Video editing basics (CapCut/Premiere).
  • Excellent communication and creativity.
  • Understanding of school branding & education sector trends.

Qualifications

  • Any Degree (Preferred: B.Tech, BCA, BBA, MBA, or Digital Marketing Certification).
  • 2–5 years of digital marketing experience (school experience preferred).
