Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our
overall brand positioning, communication strategy, and performance-led growth initiatives. This
role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of building a digital-first consumer
brand, has deep experience in crafting compelling narratives, and can leverage channels like
influencer marketing, content, and digital media to drive brand affinity and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
● Define and implement the overall brand marketing strategy, voice, and identity across all
touchpoints.
● Create campaigns that elevate brand perception, drive customer loyalty, and differentiate
us in a crowded D2C market.
● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product,
marketing, and customer experience.
2. Content & Communication Leadership
● Lead development of brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and messaging for
digital platforms, partnerships, and offline activations.
● Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to produce content
that drives engagement and reinforces brand values.
3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
● Build and oversee influencer marketing strategies to complement brand campaigns.
● Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our
values and audience.
● Drive collaboration with external partners and co-branded initiatives.
4. Growth & Campaign Performance
● Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance across channels — digital, social,
influencer, and PR.
● Optimize content, channels, and strategies based on performance insights and audience
behavior.
● Own key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, share of voice, and customer
acquisition metrics.
