We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Brand Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our brand operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the creative and strategic backbone of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams. Key Responsibilities: Guide project managers in developing and executing creative directions for projects. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all campaigns and content. Provide inputs or oversee the development of scripts and content writing for marketing initiatives. Collaborate with writers to produce impactful, audience-targeted material. Work closely with field teams including cameramen, drone operators, and editors to ensure high-quality output. Offer guidance and problem-solving support to enhance productivity and creativity. Supervise end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Act as a liaison between creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Monitor project milestones and proactively address any challenges or bottlenecks. Provide mentorship and support to project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring they align with the brand vision and objectives. Develop contingency plans to manage risks and ensure project continuity. Regularly evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns. Key Requirements: Proven experience in brand management, creative direction, or a related role. Strong understanding of script writing or content development. Familiarity with video production teams, including cameramen, drone operators, and editors.
