Designation:- Brand Manager

Reporting Authority:- VP-Sales/Management

Location:- Surat

Work Days:- Mon - Sat

Work Timings:- 10 am to 7:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Development

    : Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to differentiate the kitchenware products in the market. Manage brand identity, including logos, packaging, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Brand Identity & Governance

  • Market Research & Analysis

    : Conduct consumer and market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitor activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize brand strategies.

  • Marketing Campaigns

    : Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, PPC, email, social media), print, and trade shows/events.

  • Product Management :

    Manage product portfolio. New product launch and map competitor landscape.

  • Performance & Budget Management

    : Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as brand awareness, customer acquisition costs, and sales metrics, to measure campaign effectiveness. Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

  • BTL activations

    : collaborate with sales team and execute BTL activations. Track budgets and ROI.

  • Stakeholder & Team Management

    : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors). Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to foster high performance and professional growth.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education

    : A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : Proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG), home goods, or kitchenware industry, with a track record of developing successful strategies for ATL, BTL & Digital.
  • Analytical Skills

    : Strong ability to analyse data, interpret market trends, and use metrics to provide decision-making data for the management.
  • Creative Thinking

    : The ability to generate innovative and original ideas for campaigns and product positioning is crucial in a competitive market.
  • Communication & Leadership

    : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and present strategies to stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency

    : Familiarity with marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms etc.
  • Adaptability

    : The capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences in a fast-paced environment.
