Job Description

Brand Management


  • Interact with internal teams and devise the right marketing strategy for each client brand.
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns, requirements, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including tracking of budgets and finances for the brand.
  • Synthesise information across departments, communicate clearly, and keep systems and processes organised for maximum efficiency.
  • Contribute creative inputs for ideas, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Create monthly content calendars based on the approved brand strategy.
  • Develop concepts and copy for daily hygiene posts and BAU (business-as-usual) content.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports with management/clients on account activities and performance.
  • Present campaign ideas and strategies to clients effectively, with minimal supervision from senior management.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards as committed to the client.
  • Understand consumer behaviour and ensure all communication and campaigns are relevant and impactful.
  • Take charge of overall brand strategy – positioning, messaging, campaign planning, media direction, and performance tracking.
  • Build detailed marketing roadmaps covering digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, events, activations, and other channels.
  • Monitor, track, and report campaign KPIs, ROI, and brand growth metrics on a regular basis.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth – whether through innovative campaigns, partnerships, or unexplored platforms.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to ensure the brand stays ahead.
  • Support agency growth by recommending and implementing upsell/cross-sell opportunities with clients.
