About the Role

GAJAB.com is looking for a bold and hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager who understands the pulse of Indian consumers across Bharat. If you’ve worked closely with founders, led campaigns from scratch, and know how to move fast without losing creativity, this is for you.

You’ll own the brand voice — from memes to mass media — and lead GAJAB’s creative presence into millions of hearts (and screens).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints

• Plan and execute 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR)

• Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align brand + business

• Hire and lead a high-performing marketing team

• Oversee content across web, video, social, and communication channels

• Drive real-time and trend-led marketing strategies

• Manage influencers, agencies, and external vendors

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in brand/marketing (D2C, startups, marketplaces preferred)

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership roles

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Deep understanding of Tier 2/Tier 3 India

• Creative thinker with performance-driven decision-making

• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, fashion, live commerce, or tech brands
