Role Summary:

Responsible for building the identity and communication strategy of a start-up segment, establishing effective branding, and setting up internal processes to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategy aligned with the segment’s positioning and business objectives
• Build and maintain a consistent brand narrative across platforms and internal communications
• Set up structured processes for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, structure workflows, and enable smoother information flow
• Create business presentations, internal notes, and decks that reflect the segment’s value proposition
• Support brand-led initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s communication language

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of brand communication tools and basic content formatting
• Familiarity with content strategy, planning tools, and structured documentation

Soft Skills:

• Structured thinking with a bias for execution
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
• Detail-oriented with comfort in setting up new processes
• Self-driven and able to manage timelines independently
