As we scale across new online channels, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can drive private label growth, coordinate with Amazon teams, and bring next-level excellence to everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow Buildskill’s private brands on Amazon; ensure all products, listings, and content are always on point.
• Handle and optimize P3P (Private Label, 3rd Party Participation) operations strategically.
• Confidently coordinate with Amazon SBS (Strategic Brand Services), CMs (Category Managers), VMs (Vendor Managers), and all key contacts within Amazon & P3P environments.
• Work fluently with DOC (Data Operational Console), RIS (Retail Insights Services), and SoROOS (Sales Off Retail Order Optimization System).
• Oversee and mentor teams on catalogue quality, selection, demand generation, and availability—no direct sales responsibility.
• Use advanced Excel skills for tracking, monitoring, and data analysis; build robust dashboards and reports.
• Own accountability for smooth process flow and constant improvement across online brand operations.
• Ex-Amazon candidates are highly preferred and prioritized.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally with private label or third-party seller management on Amazon.
• Strong technical working knowledge of DOC, RIS, SoROOS, catalogue management, and operational improvement tools.
• Previous hands-on coordination with SBS, CMs, VMs—ideally coming from an ex-Amazon background.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel—dashboards, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing accounting, compliance, and audits for multiple branches/brands is a bonus.
• No sales targets—your focus is pure brand, process, and operational excellence.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a great communicator who can influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching and scaling brands, handling new product cycles, and resolving marketplace hiccups fast.
