Job description 1. E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and manage our Shopify store, ensuring product listings, pricing, and content are consistently up-to-date. Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs. Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to optimize the site for conversions and user experience. 2. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp, providing timely and accurate responses that align with our brand. Resolve customer issues or complaints with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the D2C journey. 3. Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Conduct cohort analysis, analyze customer behavior, and other key metrics to gain valuable insights. Use analytics to identify areas of improvement in the customer journey and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes. Regularly review and optimize the sales funnel, product discovery, and checkout processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C operations, or a related role. Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and cohort analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
