Brand Management Specialist

As a Brand Management Specialist at All Things Baby, your role would encompass various responsibilities related to managing and enhancing the brand's presence and reputation across different platforms both online and offline.

By effectively managing brand identity, customer experience, and strategic partnerships, the candidate would be contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities

·Be the key contact person for the brand and build a relationship by sharing market insights and brand performance with Brand Partner.

·Execute a comprehensive brand strategy defining brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and establishing brand guidelines for consistent representation across all online channels.

·Develop compelling and engaging content for product descriptions, website banners, social media posts, and other digital marketing channels.

·Regularly update product listings and ensure that all content accurately reflects the brand identity and values.

·Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns across platforms to drive sales and increase brand visibility

·Analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and identify areas for optimization

·Measure and report performance of all sales,marketing campaigns and assess ROI.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

·2-4 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing preferably in the ecommerce industry

·Strong communication skills, goal oriented ,organised team player with proven results of meeting targets
