Role Overview We are seeking a creative yet strategic Brand Management Specialist to build, manage, and elevate brand presence of our clients across digital and offline platforms. This role requires a balance of storytelling, analytics, and execution—ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement, recall, and business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels Plan and manage brand campaigns (digital, events, PR, partnerships) Oversee content creation for social media, websites, marketing collateral, and campaigns Conduct brand audits and monitor brand perception and performance Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and external agencies Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence across stakeholders Track KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, reach, and sentiment Support product launches, rebranding initiatives, and market expansions Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field 3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action Experience working with agencies, designers, and content teams
