You will join MetaMorph, a company that supports startups in scaling and innovating by prioritizing people in their strategies. With a successful history of assisting over 220 startups, MetaMorph specializes in aligning talent with organizational needs, enhancing employee skills, and transforming employer brands. Your role will involve utilizing data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making, offering comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring coverage from all angles. Your primary focus will be on a client that is establishing a modern hospitality brand tailored towards young, design-conscious travelers. This brand aims to create social, experience-led hostels that resonate with the next generation. With the backing of a prominent VC, the client is on an aggressive expansion path, aiming to scale from 30 to 100 properties and achieve a 5x revenue growth within the next two years. Their vision is to lead and define this emerging segment within India's travel industry. As a Brand Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining a consistent, captivating brand identity that directly appeals to Gen Z and young travelers. This role is not solely strategic but requires hands-on involvement in tasks such as writing captions, participating in photoshoots, coordinating with creators, and overseeing the entire brand experience across online and offline channels. Your responsibilities will include owning the brand's identity and expression by defining and upholding brand guidelines encompassing tone, visual direction, and messaging. Ensuring uniformity across all customer touchpoints, such as the website, social media, email, packaging, and in-property assets, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will spearhead content strategy and execution by leading content creation across various platforms with a strong emphasis on organic reach. This will involve planning and supervising brand photoshoots, providing guidance to creatives, and coordinating on-site activities. In addition, you will manage influencer partnerships that resonate with the brand's values and aesthetics, as well as collaborate with youth-centric or travel/lifestyle brands to amplify brand visibility. Your oversight will extend to creative aspects, including copywriting, design, and video content, working closely with designers, writers, and content creators to bring ideas to fruition. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or creative roles, particularly in youth/lifestyle, D2C, hospitality, or content-heavy brands. Your ability to execute tasks alongside strategizing, a keen eye for design and aesthetics, and familiarity with Gen Z cultural trends will be valuable. Experience in working with creators, influencers, and brand partnerships, as well as proficient copywriting and communication skills, will be essential. Moreover, if you have prior experience in brands targeting young millennial audiences, expertise in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality domains, and a genuine passion for travel and deep comprehension of hostel/travel culture, it would be advantageous.,
