The Role

We're looking for a visionary Brand & Growth Manager who wants to be a part of creating an honest brand. This isn't just a marketing or sales role; it's a chance to be the driving force behind our growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all marketing and brand strategies are directly aligned with achieving your primary objective: sales growth.

You will be actively involved in the entire client journey—from monitoring lead activity to personally pursuing, closing, and servicing HNI clients. Your efforts will directly impact the brand’s expansion, and you'll be responsible for meeting individual sales targets as well as guiding the performance of the sales team. This role requires a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to master both marketing and sales in tandem to facilitate our brand's success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Implementation:

    Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Sales & Client Management:

    Actively monitor sales team performance, pursue new business opportunities, close projects, and manage relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Brand & Content Custodianship:

    Define our brand's voice and aesthetic across all platforms. Lead the creation of compelling content and innovative campaigns that build brand trust and generate leads.
  • Business Development & Partnerships:

    Identify and initiate collaborations with key partners like interior designers and luxury brands to enhance visibility and create new business opportunities.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

    3-5 years of proven experience in a multi-faceted role encompassing marketing, sales strategy, content creation, and business development.
  • Track Record:

    A clear history of conceiving and executing successful campaigns that have driven brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation.
  • Skills:

    Exceptional written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and a strong aesthetic sense. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a must.
  • Mindset:

    A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional with a passion for growth. Experience in the luxury design, artisanal furniture, or premium lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
