Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized Brand & Growth Manager to lead all day-to-day marketing operations for Kohl & Spice. You will work directly with the founder and help build the marketing engine that scales the brand across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy that clearly positions Kohl & Spice as a premium, clinical, Indian-skin brand.
• Lead creative ideation for high-impact reels, campaigns, and storytelling that support brand growth.
• Design essential brand assets (reel covers, banners, posts) to maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic.
• Own coordination with creators, designers, and agencies to ensure flawless and timely execution.
• Enhance the website experience through smart updates, improved visuals, and stronger product storytelling.
• Manage and support B2B outreach and influencer network to strengthen brand presence across channels.
• Support e-commerce setup and optimisation across marketplaces and website.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in beauty/D2C/e-commerce marketing.
• Deep understanding of what works on social media channels and performance optimization.
• Strong storytelling ability and interest in skincare science.
• Basic Shopify experience (CRO, apps, navigation).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, fast learner, solution-oriented.
