Social Media Marketing Intern (Virtual Role)

Kohl & Spice is Indias first inclusive, community-led beauty startup creating science backed and high-performance skincare for Indian skin tones - Fitzpatrick scale (4-6). As we build one of the most exciting new voices in Indian beauty, were looking for a social media and content creation intern during this critical pre-launch and early post-launch phase.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder and contribute to shaping the brand&aposs visual and digital identity across platforms. We&aposre looking for someone who understands beauty inside and out and who wants to build something meaningful from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visual creatives for social media (Instagram-first)
• Shoot, edit, and repurpose video content (Reels, transitions, behind-the-scenes)
• Research skincare trends and community conversations
• Help craft a visually cohesive and credible aesthetic
• Participate in shaping storytelling that reflects diverse Indian beauty

• Are a student or fresher with a sharp visual eye and love for design
• Have a working knowledge of skincare and ingredients
• Are tuned into beauty culture, trends, and digital conversations
• Know your way around tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or even AI-powered platforms
• Are excited by community-first brands and culture-shifting ideas
• Want to work in a fast-paced, flexible startup environment
