Position: Brand E-Commerce Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 6–9 years Industry: FMCG Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced B rand E-Commerce Lead to own and drive the brand’s performance across all online platforms. This role demands strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue, enhance brand presence, and ensure profitability in a dynamic eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the eCommerce business P&L for the brand, delivering revenue growth, market share gains, and profitability across multiple platforms. Collaborate with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) to execute platform-specific plans that align with overall brand priorities. Convert brand campaigns into impactful eCommerce activations, including digital banners, promotional deals, influencer collaborations, and platform events. Ensure content quality and optimization for brand stores, product detail pages (PDPs), customer reviews, and A+ content to maximize discoverability and conversions. Develop and maintain the brand’s eCommerce calendar, coordinating with sales cycles, product launches, and platform events. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, product availability, pricing, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights. Partner with internal teams to support innovation rollouts, eCommerce-first product launches, and packaging modifications tailored for online channels. Represent the brand in eCommerce forums and act as a liaison to the platforms in brand-related discussions. Qualifications: 6 to 9 years of experience in eCommerce and performance marketing. Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple teams and organizational levels. Deep understanding of eCommerce platform mechanics, performance levers, and key metrics. Experience in FMCG, D2C, or other fast-paced consumer businesses is highly preferred. Success Metrics: Achievement of revenue growth and increased market share in eCommerce channels. Enhanced brand visibility and discoverability across digital platforms. Timely and high-quality execution of brand campaigns and new product developments (NPDs). Improved product ratings, customer reviews, and content effectiveness on eCommerce sites. Strong collaboration and partnership between brand management and eCommerce teams.
