Job Title: Brand & Content Manager (You can also use: Brand Strategist / Branding & Content Lead) Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Branding professional who will be responsible for shaping, maintaining, and elevating our brand identity across all customer touchpoints. This role involves planning, creating, and executing content that strengthens brand recall and ensures consistency across platforms such as social media, website, ads, packaging, and offline collaterals. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Identity • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all platforms. • Ensure consistency in tone, style, fonts, color palettes, and messaging in every piece of content. • Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams, agencies, and vendors. • Regularly analyze market trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Content Planning & Execution • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand objectives. • Create concepts and briefs for content collaborators, photographers, designers, and videographers. • Oversee production of content (photo, video, reels, UGC, influencer shoots). • Write compelling copy for social media, website, ads, newsletters, and packaging when required. Cross-Platform Brand Presence • Manage how the brand is communicated across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, website, marketplaces, and offline stores. • Ensure communication remains consistent, premium, and aligned with brand storytelling. • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to maintain consistency between branding and ad messaging. Project & Campaign Management • Lead brand campaigns from ideation → execution → performance analysis. • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality output on time. • Maintain a strong pipeline of ideas for brand visibility and engagement. Analytics & Optimization • Track content performance and refine future communication accordingly. • Analyze engagement, reach, and audience insights to enhance brand perception. • Monitor customer feedback across platforms to improve brand tone and messaging. ⸻ Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in Branding, Content, Creative Strategy, or similar roles. • Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and consumer psychology. • Excellent copywriting and conceptual thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally. • Proficiency with social media platforms and basic knowledge of design tools is a plus. ⸻ Key Traits • Highly creative with a strong eye for detail. • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium brand positioning. • Proactive, organized, and capable of driving projects independently. • Up-to-date with trends in content, design, and digital culture.
