About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and imaginative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through stunning visuals and engaging motion content. The ideal candidate should combine strong creative design thinking with a solid understanding of branding and storytelling — knowing how great visuals strengthen a brand’s voice and identity. Key Responsibilities: ● Conceptualize and design digital and print creatives including social media posts, ads, packaging, and marketing collaterals. ● Create and edit videos, reels, and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and brand communication. ● Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms. ● Apply a strong understanding of branding principles to enhance and evolve brand identity. ● Work proficiently on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for static designs. ● Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for professional-level video editing and animation. ● Leverage AI tools (like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT-based workflows) to boost design quality and efficiency. ● Perform image manipulation, retouching, and compositing for campaign visuals. ● Stay updated on design trends, social media content formats, and emerging creative technologies. Requirements: ● Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. ● Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and brand design understanding. ● Knowledge of AI tools and their application in creative workflows. ● Ability to handle both static and video content creation from concept to final output. ● Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines. ● A compelling portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work. Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. ● Prior experience in a branding, marketing, or advertising environment.
