Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to own and execute digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) and Google Ads. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can strategize, create, and run campaigns, while managing brand image and working cross-functionally with creative, SEO, and data teams to maximize ROI. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Campaign Management (Core Skill) • Plan, create, and run paid campaigns across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Google Ads, and emerging platforms. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance for ROI, ROAS, and brand visibility. • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine ad targeting, creatives, and budgets. Brand & Strategy • Develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. • Ensure campaigns maintain and enhance the company’s premium brand image. • Identify new channels and opportunities for expansion. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work • Work with the Data Analyst to build advanced customer segmentations and targeting strategies. • Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic efforts, while overseeing their operational effectiveness. • Communicate creative requirements clearly to the brand manager, design/creative teams, and product shoot teams. • Engage with influencers for collaborations that amplify reach and conversions. Innovation & Growth • Onboard the brand into new social media platforms and test growth strategies. • Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep campaigns cutting-edge. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills • 4–5 years of continuous experience in one company, with proven track record of running performance marketing campaigns. • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads. • Hands-on knowledge of campaign dashboards, analytics, and optimization tools. • Solid understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and creative direction. • Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration strategies. • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to direct teams and vendors effectively. ⸻ Preferred Attributes • Experience in luxury / lifestyle brands or e-commerce. • Ability to balance performance metrics with premium brand positioning. • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
