Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, sales, and high ROI for our business.

The candidate should be experienced in running data-driven performance campaigns and improving results through continuous testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Manage daily ad budgets and scale profitable campaigns
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting
• Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Track performance using analytics and reporting tools
• Monitor pixels, events, and conversion tracking
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with creative and content teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
