About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer with prior experience in the FinTech industry, specifically within the Stock Market Advisory domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth through performance-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate sales.

• Develop and implement digital marketing funnels for conversion and revenue growth.

• Create, monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to maximize ROI.

• Manage marketing communication and brand building activities across digital channels.

• Strategize and run campaigns for webinars, workshops, and advisory subscriptions.

• Collaborate with sales and content teams to enhance digital performance and client engagement.

• Develop effective remarketing strategies and automation campaigns to improve customer retention.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitors in the stock market advisory industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in a FinTech / Stock Market Advisory company (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue-driven campaigns.

• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation.

• Deep understanding of stock market audiences and their behavioral patterns.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

• Ability to independently plan and execute growth-driven marketing strategies.

• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and performance-focused approach.
