About the Role:


Performance Marketing Expert

fast-paced agency environment


Key Responsibilities


1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute 

    data-driven performance marketing strategies

     across platforms such as:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, PMax)
  • Bing Ads (Search)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct 

    competitor and audience research

     to identify growth opportunities.


2. Campaign Execution

  • Set up and manage end-to-end campaigns — from 

    ad copy creation

     and 

    keyword selection

     to 

    bidding strategies

     and 

    audience targeting

    .
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives.
  • Implement 

    tracking pixels

    , conversion events, and remarketing audiences via 

    Google Tag Manager

     or similar tools.


3. Optimization & Performance Management

  • Continuously 

    monitor, analyze, and optimize

     campaigns for maximum ROI and CPA/CPL efficiency.
  • Conduct 

    A/B testing

     for ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize 

    budget allocation

     across campaigns and platforms to achieve client KPIs.


4. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare 

    weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports

     with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present insights and performance reviews during client meetings.


5. Collaboration & Process

  • Coordinate with the 

    SEO, Creative, and Strategy teams

     for integrated campaign execution.
  • Keep up to date with 

    latest ad platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes.

  • Support the 

    new business team

     by contributing to performance strategy for pitches and proposals.
