Online Marketi Executive – Meta Ads & E-Commerce Campaigningg

Richer Enterprises is looking for a skilled Online Marketing Executive to manage and scale our online store through powerful advertising strategies and trending product selections. If you are an expert in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), ad content creation, product research, and campaign analytics, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Manage Return to Origin (RTO) ratio by targeting high-intent audiences
• Perform market & trend research to identify hot-selling / trending products
• Create engaging ad creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the content, design, and operations teams

Key Skills Required:

• Meta Ads Management (Facebook Business Manager)
• Ad Creative Development (Video, Image, Copy)
• Performance Marketing
• E-commerce Marketing
• Product Research & Selection
• Knowledge of RTO Reduction Strategies
• Analytics Tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce / Amazon / Flipkart (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
