Job Description

As a Marketing & Brand Manager at our fast-growing AV and digital signage company in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in leading all aspects of brand development, digital marketing, lead generation, and strategic marketing campaigns. With a focus on positioning our company as a leader in AV and digital signage solutions, you will be responsible for executing branding strategies, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, and overseeing the creation of marketing collaterals, presentations, videos, and case studies. In the realm of digital marketing, you will be tasked with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads. Your role will involve driving traffic to our company website, optimizing landing pages to convert leads effectively, managing our social media presence, and curating a content calendar to engage our audience effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating B2B leads through online and offline marketing channels, tracking lead performance, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance sales funnel efficiency. Collaboration with the sales team for lead nurturing and conversions will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include organizing and participating in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches, as well as coordinating marketing promotions and in-store signage campaigns for our clients in the retail and corporate sectors. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the AV, tech, or signage industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, and HubSpot is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing creative teams, agencies, and vendors, coupled with knowledge of AV technologies, LED displays, and signage solutions, will be advantageous. As a Marketing & Brand Manager, you are expected to demonstrate a strategic mindset with creative thinking, strong project management and multitasking abilities, a passion for technology and innovation, and a self-motivated, proactive approach to teamwork. By staying abreast of market trends, conducting thorough market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing strategies in the AV and signage industry.,
