About our brand Ashth:

Ashth is a luxury designer brand offering high-end jewelry crafted from lab-grown diamonds. Known for its innovative designs, unmatched craftsmanship, and ethical approach, Ashth is redefining luxury in the jewelry market. Our mission is to blend sustainability with luxury, making fine jewelry more accessible to the modern consumer. We are looking for a dynamic Brand and Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.

1. Website Management:

Coordinate with Inventory Department to manage product uploads and ensure product listings are up-to-date.

Upload all creatives and ensure they are refreshed as needed.

Update website data regularly (e.g., highlight top-selling products, seasonal trends).

Upload and manage PR blogs to maintain engagement and visibility.

2. Brand Creatives:

Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate and execute content in line with brand strategies.

Develop ideas and provide visual references to support established marketing strategies.

Take responsibility for social media content, scheduling, and fostering channel growth.

3. Digital Marketing & Growth:

Develop campaign strategies and ideas to drive digital marketing initiatives.

Work with designers to ensure the execution of campaign assets meets brand standards.

Provide the digital agency with necessary designs, details, and updates for campaigns.

Monitor ad performance, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Analyze data metrics to measure success and report results, including leads, to relevant team members.

4. Blogs & Vlogs:

Create and upload blogs on the website and other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Develop video content (vlogs) for brand engagement.

Work with the team to execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns for blog distribution.

5. Customer Engagement:

Develop content and strategies for WhatsApp marketing, tailored to the target audience, to maintain high engagement.

6. Shoots & Influencer Partnerships:

Conduct regular research to identify stylists, influencers, and fashion designers aligned with our brand.

Establish collaborations for photo shoots and potential participation in fashion events.

Work with stylists to feature our pieces with celebrities, ensuring credit and image use.

Plan and execute Ashth brand shoots to ensure quality and alignment with brand aesthetics.

7. Brand Consistency:

Maintain brand consistency in creative direction and messaging across all channels.

Ensure cohesive communication at all Ashth points of sale to uphold brand identity.

Additional Suggestions:

Brand Analysis: Monthly or quarterly analysis of brand perception, key campaign performance, and creative output to identify areas for improvement.

Competitor Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitors’ digital marketing and social media strategies to suggest innovative approaches.

These responsibilities ensure that our brand’s marketing and creative efforts remain cohesive, strategic, and aligned with Ashth’s growth objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
