Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The manager will also oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Sales Strategy Development
Team Management and Leadership skills
Customer Relationship Management
Ability to generate leads and conduct sales presentations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Good Communication
