Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and we aim to create a supportive and engaging environment for physical wellness.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. As a Front Desk Sales Executive, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, managing memberships, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area. You will be expected to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services and products, and participate in promotional activities to drive sales and membership growth.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries
Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and drive membership growth
Proficiency in using computer systems and processing sales transactions
Ability to maintain a clean and organized reception area
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in sales or customer service is a plus
