We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base. Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to meet their targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Experience working with inclusive banking products and services, focusing on retail mortgages.
