We are looking for a skilled Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages or inclusive banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team to achieve business targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in retail mortgages. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail mortgages, sales, or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
