Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also lead the sales team, oversee staff performance, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective handling of sales inquiries and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, sales planning, and customer relationship management
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and staff training
• Knowledgeable in market analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with IT products and services
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in IT Products and Services in the respective region.
