Branch Sales Manager

As a Branch Manager at this fast-growing fintech company, your role will be crucial in achieving month-on-month targets on Micro LAP Loan Disbursements, Processing Fee, Income, and Portfolio Health. You will be responsible for managing client engagements, client origination, and file login in accordance with organizational policies. Additionally, you will need to engage with connectors, channels, CPAs, and Credit Managers to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will also include driving client acceptance, loan documentation, recovery efforts, and cross-sell initiatives as directed by the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver month-on-month targets on Micro LAP Loan Disbursements, Processing Fee, Income, and Portfolio Health - Manage client engagements and origination - Engage with connectors, channels, CPAs, and Credit Managers - Drive client acceptance, loan documentation, and recovery efforts - Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets - Provide guidance, training, and support to Sales Managers and team members Other Responsibilities: You are expected to uphold the highest level of conduct, integrity, and transparency in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
